Great, very comfortable. Not firm but not too squishy (yes, almost like Momma Bear’s pillow, just thought I had to put that out there) Recommendation: the case is not a pair of pants, put both ends of the pillow into the case at the same time, it’s easier. Putting the case on when it arrived has about a 4/5 rating, it’s a bit of a struggle getting the case on because of the size of the pillow but it is a body pillow so the size is a moot point. Once in the case the pillow did not completely fill the case, there was an awkward pocket about a 1/3 of the way down that just sagged emptily. The case was also very wrinkly but those smooth out once the case is out of the packaging.

If you're having back/pelvis pains I highly recommend this pillow. It won't make the pains go away 100%, but it eased a lot of the pain I was feeling. It's soft and comfortable. This one pillow replaced 5 out of 6 pillows I was using to sleep (I still need 1 pillow to put between my knees because the leg part of the pillow slips from between my knees at night). The only pain this pillow does not help (me) with is hip pain from sleeping on my side, but it's still worth the purchase.

I am not a pregnant woman....in fact, I'm a senior aged woman that has ordered this pillow for myself...... I am using it for a medical issue that has forced me to sleep only on my back.....and I've been a side sleeper for most of my life. Never able to get good rest or sleep by propping pillows down my side... This pillow has become a blessing to me! Keeping me quite comfortable and by gently supporting my arms.....I'm now able to get to sleep!!! The length is perfect for my needs..... reaching just below my knees. As well as the width being smaller than my stansard bed pillow. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone else who is facing similar issues or caring for someone who does. Thank you!!!

The pillow arrived and was not as “full” as I would have expected. I gave it a few days, and it still didn’t fill out completely but definitely more than when I initially opened the pillow (it was vacuum sealed upon arrival). There is one side of the pillow that’s shorter than the other as well, I thought maybe that’s how it was suppose to be but the cover is clearly the same size so it was obviously an imperfection. As for helping me sleep, I personally have found I only like the sides of it, not the neck/back support, so I flip the pillow around so the neck/back part supports my ankles. That was much more comfortable than the other way. The first night I used it the way it’s pictured and woke up in more pain than I ever had. Not saying the pillows bad for that, might just be my personal sleep preference. All in all it’s okay. Probably wouldn’t buy it again.

First I’d like to say it’s crazy how this thing is packaged, they shrank it down into this cute red bag with hearts. When you take it out it fluffs right back out to normal size. It’s a nice color, and the fabric is comfortable against the skin. This pillow has helped reduce some of the pregnancy misery. It has helped with back issues, trouble getting comfy while laying down, supporting the weight of the tummy while sleeping, and lots of other things. I really feel like if you are pregnant then this is a necessity. It has helped so very much.

Not at all what is shown in pic. It came in a vacuum bag so after opening and laying it out it is clumpy, the cotton stuffing is separated and not fluffy at all. It's no fluffier than a cheap cotton filled pillow you but at Family Dollar or somewhere like. Furthermore, it is about 3" and is so thin that you cannot fold it and sit like they show in product video. If you have it up behind your head it barely reaches your hips. Not at all what I expected.

I really like this pillow, it's not big and bulky, I can bring it anywhere, I didn't think I would like it when I first opened it because it wasn't full and big like others but it's perfect. I wanted something that wasn't gonna take over our bed, and I can move around in it without having to shift the whole pillow with me when I switch positions and this did just that. I also like that the cover can come off so it can be washed. I can be in the bed, couch or floor with it
