Does this work with linux

Works out of the box on my Optiplex 5040 running linux 18.04, kernal 5.3.0-26.

The TL-WN722N is currently on Version 3. This current version uses a RTL8188 series chip.

can adapt a 15dBi Yagi wifi for better signal gain?

yes you can. I did it myself, Also used a dish directional and a 18dbi omnidirectional. works perfect and i was able to get my home wifi from 2 miles away.

Does this work with Windows 7..?

Yes it does. Im using it on my windows 7 and its working perfectly
