I love YuPik seeds! Tasty and healthy! How great is that? I bought three bags of seeds (hemp, flax and sesame) and mixed them together. They taste great on salads and vegetables and add that perfect crunch! And the 2.2 pound bags are perfect for my uses. I will definitely buy more when I need to re-up my supply. Love the product and the larger bag size! Awesome!

Yum. I grind these in my big coffee grinder and put them in my herbal shakes. Very delicious. Nice and gummy... Great for gerd. Yupik is my go-to for most dried organic foods. I like the people too!!! Always high quality! The size is a big Canadian Kg. 2.2lbs.

The seeds are smaller size and lighter color than in NOW brand. Probably have to adjust the quantity when using. Otherwise good size for your money.

Very fresh! I grind them as I need them to avoid any rancidity that can happen when you buy already ground seeds. These have a nutty taste and add lots of omegas and fiber to my diet.
