Okay, the picture shows 6 individual, disposable tape dispensers. The description says "Scotch Magic Office Tape and Refillable Dispenser". So which i

it is 6 individual, disposable tape dispensers. Not sure where the 'refillable dispenser' part came from. These are the kind that when the tape runs out...you throw out the little empty plastic 'cassette'.

The description says one length and the picture shows another which one is correct

My box of 6 says, "Each 3/4 IN x 650 IN | Total 3900 IN". The picture accompanying your question shows a box of 6, like mine, but the text says "1 x 1296 Inches", which is nonsense. If you are looking at a box of 6, there are 6 x 650 Inches, which equals 3900 Inches (assuming, of course, that they actually are 650 Inch rolls).

Do all the dispensers come with tape in them?

Yes. All dispensers I received had tape. Just like the photo suggests.

description says clear tape, but the pictures show matte finish. Which one is it?

It is clear, almost invisible, when it is applied.
