My doctor recommended it and it has been great for me. No taste and dissolves easily. I use squirt a liquid drink enhancer to add some nice flavor. It works smoothly and gently and is very effective. It’s a great product.

I have been using this product since 2018 and it really helps me out. My only gripe with this product, and others that use a similar protective cover under the cap, is that its metallic and its almost impossible to remove all of it from the bottle opening. I have tried several techniques but there is always a risk that the metal slices will fall into the bottle and thus into the powder. Anyone have a good way to remove it? SUGGESTION: Use the same safety covering as cottage cheese containers. They peel off easy, are sealed properly and there is never a risk of the cover falling into the product.

I use a tiny amount of this stuff, just up to the first thread inside the cap, every night in water or juice. It doesn't cause a bathroom emergency, it just softens the stool enough that constipation is a thing of the past. I'm unaware of any effect, unless I stop using it. Then my gut hurts.
