Wild caught or farm raised salmon?

Farm raised, but it is the most delicious salmon (other than fresh) I have ever tasted. I eat it 3/4 times a week with salad and/or rice...some comments about it being salty but I have been buying it for almost a year and never found it to be salty (and I'm very sensitive to salty foods). Hope you try it and love it as much as I do!!!

My cans seemed sealed (no leaks), but is it normal for this type of can to seem not sealed when you press on the top?

The packaging is thin and flexible. As long as there are no leaks, the package is sealed. No need for thick walls when thin will do.

what is the shelf life?

I purchased several cases in January 2020. Shelf life says: best by 12/31/23

How much sodium in a serving? How many servings in a can? Are nutrients measured after draining?

550 mg of sodium per serving or 23 %. Servings per tin = 2 at 3.6 oz or 100 mg each. The ingredients are salmon, water and salt; caloreis sodium etc. would most likely be equivalent drained or undrained. These fillets are very tasty. I eat them out of the can, with rice noodles and in various sauces. Even in a healthy alfredo sauce.
