Gentle on the Stomach, Subscribed
I really like this NOW Foods Vitamin C-500. It’s made with calcium ascorbate, which means the vitamin C is combined with calcium to make it less acidic and easier on the stomach. That’s important for me because some vitamin C supplements can be too harsh — this one feels totally fine, even on an empty stomach. Each capsule has 500 mg, which is a good amount. Your body can only absorb so much at once, so no need for super high doses. This gives you a nice, steady boost. I try to get most of my vitamin C from real food — things like kiwi, bell peppers, and citrus — but let’s be honest, I don’t always eat perfectly. That’s where this comes in handy. Big bottle, fair price, works well — and best of all, no stomach drama.

This stuff works!!
I just happened to order this because my usual Vitamin C was out of stock. I am glad I did. This definitely works better. I have noticed that my histamine has been more manageable. My biggest surprise was taking this at night helped with my histamine dump. I am getting more sleep. It has only been over a week. This will definitely be something I everyday for my perimenopause histamine issues.

Now is my favorite brand!
I use all NOW vitamins. I have read extensively about their brand and how they do their product testing to assure quality and potency. They go above and beyond while keeping their prices fair for customers. I encourage customers to research them.

This is a reputable company so I ordered their product but I am disappointed to find out that it was shipped from outside the country. Looks authentic.
