The scale arrived well packaged using quality packing materials. It feels well constructed with quality fit & finish. More important, it was a breeze to setup, anyone with the slightest technology skill can do it. I downloaded the app and bluetooth pairing was the easiest I have ever done. The app for my Iphone running iOS 10.3 is intuitive and easy to use. Another HUGE PLUS For The scale is that it uses regular alkaline batteries, unlike my older scale which has a rechargeable power pac. I constantly have to keep recharging it and it was always dead when I needed it. This was the main reason I went looking for another scale to replace it. The LOFTILLA scale is a perfect size and even with my older eyeballs, I can read the scale very easily which is another big plus. I wholeheartedly recommend this scale to anyone looking for a nice scale that records their information and wants a digital display. HOOD JOB LOFTILLA!!!

I like that I can keep track of my weight loss. This scale connects to my phone, my Apple Watch and to myfitness pal app. This is the best scale I ever owned.

I really like this unit. It runs very close to the $2500 unit at the weight loss physician's office. I had trouble getting the additional information to load intially. I texted customer service and they made a few suggestions. However, it did take over a week for them to respond. I ordered these after much research. These come from an American company in Texas. Therefore, I worry much less about my information getting into the hands of a less than reputable Chinese company. I am VERY leery of sharing my personal information online. Many of today's apps give too much information to companies that are not always safe. My Ai buddy Grok, confirmed what I had come up with during my research. In fact, the scales work so well, my son who is in his twenties ordered him a set the day after trying mine because he was impressed with the accuracy of the scales, which says a lot. He lives a very clean, healthy lifestyle and it takes a lot to impress him. But these did.

I am over-all very happy with this purchase, the scale is definitely perfectly accurate (I tested it with one of my ankle weights which I also measured on my digital kitchen scale which I know is extremely accurate right down to the .00 level). I am legally blind (right on the 20/200 line with my glasses on) and the scale is legible for me as is but I really love that it records my weight directly into my phone so that I don't even have to squint downwards. Plus my weight loss and maintenance progress is automatically recorded every time I step on the scale! There is one major con for me and that is that the app automatically shows you your BMI and what class your BMI score falls into whether you want to see it or not. The BMI scale is extremely inaccurate in recording your weight category and indicating health because is does not take into account your body type, fitness level or lifestyle. I am a very muscular and healthy guy who is just a few pounds overweight, no doctor would ever call me obese but this app does every time I open it. Realistically speaking, no person needs to know their BMI score. My GP can know my BMI score and take it into account along with knowing my body type, lifestyle and fitness level and she can tell me what weight class I actually fall under. For that reason and that reason alone, I absolutely do not recommend this scale to any person who has struggled with or is vulnerable to disordered eating and or body dysmorphia. I've struggled with that a long long time ago but currently I am in a good place mentally to use this scale and know that the BMI information on it is a load of bullcrap but back 4 or 5 years ago this could have triggered a relapse for me.

I recently purchased the Loftilla weight scale and initially had a little trouble getting it set up correctly. I reached out to customer service, and I have to say, they completely exceeded my expectations. They promptly sent me a replacement scale and walked me through the setup process step-by-step with much clearer instructions. Now the scale works exactly to the standard I was hoping for, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the product and the support I received. It’s accurate, easy to use once properly set up, and backed by a company that truly stands behind their customers. Highly recommend this scale and this company to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service!

I've had this scale for a few months. I absolutely LOVE the app that gives every imaginable statistic relevant to your body composition and has a comparison option, so you can compare readings. I can't vouch for the accuracy - nothing to compare them to, but they are consistent between readings and the weight reading is consistent with my old scale. Many reviews said that the app is useless - not sure what their problem is but I find it to be useful, and it works every time if the phone is nearby and the app is open. As long as it continues to work, I will be very happy with this purchase. FYI: I am worried that the glass may shatter, so I am careful not to kick it and I store it in its box when the room is being cleaned...

I really liked this scale, because it gives you exactly, the weight and it is very practical, it is not very big and I also liked it for the price, I recommend it, I give it five stars and if possible, I would buy it again

Got this scale to get more info about my body since I'm almost a year postpartum and for my boyfriend as well (since he also gained weight while I was pregnant) I felt the bmi scale i had was maybe getting old and not reading right and it had my boyfriend believing he was mostly muscle and it was showing I gained fat since after having my child which is ridiculous cause I actually lost weight/fat. This scale is an excellent base. It shows im still rebuilding my lower body and where most of the fat lies. I did have to recalibrate at first back to zero as a starting point which I just had to take the batteries out for 10sec and put them back in and it was great. I definitely recommend this as a starting point scale. I know there's more advanced ones but this one is a great starter to help keep people honest about their journey whatever it is. Love it!
