I Believe in Me: A Book of Affirmations

This is an amazing book and my 3 year old son loves it! My business coach told me to get the book!

My kids and I used to read this book every night before bed and prayers. Now they are reading it to their children. It's a beautiful book with beautiful messages! I'm so glad to see it's still being printed!

I had this book for my daughter when she was little and she has kept it. The affirmations are beautiful and the illustrations are amazing! I keep giving it to new parents, it's just that good!

I love this book. I read this book everyday to my child (really!) since she has been born. There are so many lessons in this book. The pictures are simple but are full of things to talk about (what animal is this, how does she feel). The affirmations are short, simple, easy to remember, and spot on. My daughter, now 2, can repeat some of them or respond to them. For example, when I say "Laughter and joy fill my heart", my daughter will start to laugh (my wife too!). It is a good reminder for us adults too. I can't get enough of this book. I think this is an asset for any family's library.

I love anything to boost the spiritual growth of my grandchildren, I hope this is one of those things that does that. If we can fill our children with love and self esteem we will leave the world a better place!

My toddler has been struggling with negative emotions, unable to let go of them and feel good. So we've been looking for books to help her. I was kind of 'meh' on this book when I first read it. It seemed like something I could do on my own. However, my toddler? Loves it and asks to read it all the time. I change the affirmations to include her name so it has become the "book about me, mommy!" We also pick one of these affirmations to use in a meditation practice we've started to do. So a total hit with my kid.

I think this book is absolutely wonderful for people of all ages - although written with children in mind! - that are on a journey of personal awareness and improving their self esteem and self worth.The 'Affirmation' thoughts are simple and beautifully illustrated. I had a summer party (complete with bouncy castle)for my seven grandchildren a few weeks ago and I gave each of them a tissue-paper wrapped copy of I Believe in Me with a personalised message inside each one. They loved it too.

This is a simply and beautifully written and illustrated book that creates sacred space to read life-affirming statements to your child and your inner child. The book leaves me inspired every time I read it. I recommend it and buy it for all of my friends who have young children or for my clients who need to tend to their own inner nurturing. I highly recommend it.

This book is so beautiful, simple, positive and spiritual I've bought several copies for children we know as well as my own children. Its a very special book, brilliantly simple, colourful illustrations with an affirmation on each page. We love it!
