Request for Support Regarding Grinder Motor Issue
I am writing to inform you that I purchased your grinder with a one-year warranty. The product worked properly for exactly one year; however, just after the completion of the warranty period, the grinder motor stopped working.Since the issue occurred immediately after the warranty expired, I kindly request you to consider this matter on a goodwill basis and provide support for repair or replacement of the motor. The product has been used properly as per the guidelines, and such a major issue right after one year is quite disappointing.I request you to please review my case and provide a suitable resolution at the earliest.

Do not by this product. I purchased in 2024 and first used in 2026 after use of 2 month it created lot of problems. Customer care of sujata responded quickly but problem exists. Do not purchase this bloody indian item
