Definitely works! I did one test after not drinking for 6 days and then another one after I drank. 1st one was negative, and 2nd was positive! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a reliable test.

I drank literally all day Saturday. A gallon of water Sunday because I knew I may get tested on Monday . Took two of these tests one in the morning amd one in the afternoon before my 80 test and both were negative . Negative when I was tested for court .

I have used this particular test approximately 50 times and have had zero issues or false positives. I tried other brands before and did not find them to be reliable. Prime Screen test is looking for EtG which is the hormone your body produces when alcohol is metabolized. I experimented and was always confident with the results; the test were always accurate. I would highly recommend this product!

There are issues with the reliability of these home screen EtG tests . I had zero alcohol exposure yet got a false positive reading . Some strips also show extremely faint lines, leaving you unsure how to interpret the outcome . Not recommended to buy

They work great. If you are familiar with online forums regarding EtG tests, many say it takes 80 hours for a negative test result. You'd have to be drinking A LOT for it to take 80 hours. I drank all day for 4 days during a destination wedding and had this product for when I got home. Tested 24 hours after finished drinking and it was negative. Had two beers that same day and tested negative the next morning. I thought the tests weren't working. Tested by drinking two beers the next day and used the product every time I had to pee. Took about 12 hours for a negative result, so the test strips were working properly. Be mindful this is not an ethanol/ alcohol test, but tests a metabolite our body produces after drinking alcohol.
