Excellent, on All Fronts
I concur fully with the other favorable reviews. I write simply to ensure your awareness of one key factor: this little buddy is super-easy to shorten/lengthen while in the process of walking. Typically, my iPhone or Droid X is clipped via holster on the right front pocket of my jeans. My FitBit stays clipped to the front left pocket. I initially slung this so that the bottle would hang in the rear. But while walking, I grew irritated as the bottle kept hitting my booty. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it took less than a minute to shorten the strap, so that the bottle would instead meet my lower back. Never had to break stride during my 10k trek while doing so. Still easy to get to, and virtually no thumping as I moved thereafter, presumably because it was tighter against my body.Bottom line: This is such a goodie that I'm about to order another one, as a surprise gift for a buddy. I doubt seriously if anyone could/would regret this purchase. Super bang for the bucks! (And yes, it keeps your beverage cold!)

Great Protection and Portability
I did an enormous amount of research on Amazon before buying a carrier for my water bottle (at least, it seemed enormous to me - I probably spent an hour looking at the alternatives and I almost ordered something more expensive). I wanted a carrier that would fit both my Contigo 24 oz bottle and my 16 oz Zojirushi stainless steel travel mug (not at the same time, obviously). I couldn't be happier with this -- it fits the Contigo bottle easily, with no stretching, and while the Zojrushi travel bottle is a bit lost inside it, it's never going to fall out and it's protected from dings and dents. This is great for travel and commuting, especially if you want something you can use with a water bottle one day and with a vacuum bottle the next. The only comment I would make is about the strap -- it's extremely long. At its maximum length the strap is 66 inches long, not including the body of the carrier, and it is 1 3/8" wide. But it's easy to adjust and very comfortable, and made from the same neoprene material as the carrier.

Great Bottle Holder
When used as it is intended, this sling is a great bottle holder. I did not purchase the sling with the idea it would keep my water cold and I have no input regarding it's insulating properties. Originally, I bought the sling (I actually bought 3) to hold our 18 oz Hydro Flask bottles - which it does wonderfully - however, I decided that I'd rather not carry that much weight when on a short hike. So, I can attest to the fact that it also works extremely well with plastic water bottles (I've only tried up to 24 oz bottles). I am not a person that likes things to pull on my shoulders (backpacks, purses, etc), and this sling, including a bottle, is comfortable for me to wear. Of note: 1) The stitching of the sling is not like that of wet suits; it is not designed for constant rugged use. 2) Periodically, allow the neoprene to dry after getting wet or, like any other material, mildew will set in. 3) Though the bottom of the sling is barrel-shaped, it is still rounded; don't expect that it will stand or keep a bottle upright when set down. There was a question regarding the dimensions so, I measured the outside of the sling and got the following measurements: 4.25 inches across the bottom when flattened, 5 inches across the opening, and it is approximately 8 inches from the bottom seam to the middle of the opening where the the two sides come together to create a V. The strap is easily adjusted and fits my 5'1" daughter as well as my 6'1" husband. This bottle holder is exactly what I had wanted when I purchased it and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Great Fit
We are an active family with a variety of Hydro Flask sizes. Sometimes it can be a little cumbersome to pack a 40oz flask to sports, hiking, or to the beach. This Neosling fit both the 18oz and the 40oz hydro flask with easy and offered a tight sung fit on the 40oz (which it the bottle I intended this sling for). The entire sling, including the straps are made out of neoprene which offers stretch and comfort, great for those long hikes or getting the kids to carry to sports. The strap is fully adjustable and can be made to accommodate a child to large adult however it did seem somewhat bulky and needed to be held out of the way when drinking. It may be an improvement to make the strap detachable. Also, my Neosling did have some stress rips along the seams. Doesn't seem like it will affect the life or use of the sling.

Works great!
This water bottle holder has been everywhere with us and though it all. It lasted more than 2 years! I even use this thing tied to a knee scooter, because I had tarsal tunnel release surgery and I am on this knee scooter constantly, so itโs nice to be able to have my water and phone hanging from here. I can always find it and I have my phone in case of emergency. I even can use this sling on crutches. I clip my keys to it and just put this around my neck and shoulder and I have everything important. Took these to Disney, on hikes, to work; they are great! I particularly like the one with the cell phone pocket. My younger son uses the one without the cell phone pocket. The bottom is finally giving out after we have used it constantly for over 2 years like I mentioned. I feel like we definitely got a ton of use out of it. Worth every cent.

Great for travel and school
I bought a total of six NeoSling Bottle holders. I got one for a 5 yr old, 8 yr old, 10 yr old, two women, and a man. The bottle holder fits all of us, sitting with the bottle starting at the hip, going to mid thigh on the 5 yr old, at the shortest setting. I purchased them for a WDW trip, but my kids went nuts, wanting them for school. We live in a place where it's in the upper 90s/low 100s and super humid in the fall and spring, so we carry water everywhere. Even in these conditions, it has kept the water cold to cool for as many as 3 or so hours. Indoors in the AC, it stays cold to cool for roughly 3/4 of a work day. The strap is wide, soft, and doesn't cut into the shoulder. My 8 yr old did twirl his around like a windmill and scuffed it on the floor a few times. He also scuffed it on the cement when tying his shoelaces. All this roughness made a few small holes in the neoprene, which I fixed by cutting a piece of corduroy from old corduroy pants and fabric gluing to the bottom. The fabric glue stuck to the neoprene just fine and the patch seems to have done the trick. Overall, a really excellent purchase.

Great for Long Days at Disney
comfortable strap, keeps my water bottle cold in the hot weather and from soaking my backpack if put inside the backpack...squashes flat or folds in half, if not holding a bottle so takes up very little space.l. great to have my water bottle at the ready, hands free, when waiting in lines at the theme parks. lost one last trip and quickly bought another! so yes, a must have!

Elastic should strap not appreciated.
Works well except for elastic shoulder strap. Had previously owned one without the elastic and vastly preferred. Selected this model because of pocket for storing cell phone.
