★★★★★ This has become one of my favorite wellness-friendly kitchen staples. I originally bought it to make a cleaner ingredient dip with Lactaid sour cream (which I 10/10 recommend), and now I always keep it stocked. The flavor is so good without tasting overly processed or artificial like a lot of packaged dips and seasonings. I also use it on roasted potatoes with olive oil or avocado oil and it’s honestly addictive. Simple, cozy, flavorful, and easy for hosting or healthier comfort-food nights. I’ve recommended this to multiple friends and now they all buy it too. Definitely one of those underrated pantry staples that makes healthy-ish meals feel elevated.

Fairly mild green onion flavor but very good

Mixed with DF Violife Sour cream. Yum! Even the dairy eaters liked it.

It’s not Kraft or Lipton, but can hold its own in flavor. Great price. Takes less packets per serving size, which is great!! I bought six packets thinking it would take more per 16 oz. took a lot less. Now, I have plenty for next time! 😊

This dip mix is not great. It was a bit gritty. I wasn’t thrilled with the flavor.

I've been eating Dean's French Onion Dip for decades. It's my go-to for parties or just sitting on the couch, watching TV. That said, my wife and I could only rave with our mouths full while we ate Simply Organic Onion & Chive dip. Add it to a pint of sour cream, and it's not only different from usual fare, it tastes better than the best on the market. My plan is to use it as seasoning for chicken at some later date, but for right now, it is our new go-to dip. I'll only go back to the others if I don't have Simply Organic on hand.

I have used this mix with hamburger. I’ve taken 1 pound of 80/20 grass fed hamburger and one packet of this onion chive mix then mix them together and made patties, then freeze. Later when grilling or frying these hamburger patties with this mix results in a nice taste That does not require added onion on the burger. I do like this combo some might find a whole packet to a pound of beef is a bit much. Start out with a half a packet mixed into a pound and try it. I think it really enhances Hamburger without using something that’s been heavily processed.

So much better than the conventional kind

Had low expectations. A pleasantly light dip, but I did use Greek yogurt and not sour cream. You can do the same as well if you’re looking for something milder.

A bit salty.
