These are the best insoles for plantar fasciitis I have found!
I had an infected finger a few months ago that increased inflammation elsewhere in my body-especially in my heels. I have tried 4 - 5 other insoles, both full foot length, partial and heel cups in the past couple of months that helped a little to cushion my heels, but they didn't work well enough. I would wake up the morning after an hour long walk and had to limp around because my heels were so sore-they felt like I jumped off a 3-story building. These have a very high arch support and are very sturdy. I put them in my Saucony running shoes and tried them on a short walk around the block. They felt SO good I walked for an hour the 1st time I used them! I thought they would take more time to get used to them, but they felt so great! I had no pain when walking (I walk pretty fast) and more importantly, my heels didn't hurt at all the next morning! I will be ordering these again! If you have a high arch-these are great! They also cup your heel to take pressure off the bottom of the heel - no more walking on knives! I highly recommend these insoles!

Comfy! Great Arch Support!
*UPDATE: they fit in boots too!*Surprisingly, these are really great. I am a happy customer! I've sold shoes for 11 years now and worked in a luxury shoe store that also sold insoles. These have great support and are comparable to my insoles from my store! I prefer the 3/4 length because it allows you to put it in tennis shoes and boots that the insoles don't come out of. A little trick in tennis shoes - slip them under the cushion liner and it keeps them in place and adds some cushion. I've been wearing them in a pair of fashion boots (that's a nice way of saying these boots have no support) all day today and they've been great! Size up a half size in boots that the soles don't remove and slip these in and it helps so much!I hope you enjoyed the tips!---Follow @CassandraMercedes on Instagram for more amazing Amazon finds!---

Ugh arch relief.for.those.with orthotic shoes
Fantastic. I feel I stand taller. My muscles are getting used to be g in the right position. My knees feel better. Hi have extremely high arches. When I had my feet measured they said wow people.say they have high arches but yours really are. One must buy orthotic shoes to go with orthotics they have a nice d movable insole. They are designed for foot health. Don't expect these to.work with the wrong shoes. That is a purchaser error not a product error

These are great for my high arches
I have been battling plantar fasciitis for about 3 years and have completed 2 full rounds of physical therapy with almost no relief. I also have bought various name brand insoles from sporting goods store (Fleet Feet). I had very little relief until I purchased the Valsole 3/4 insole for high arches (the ones that are blue with what looks like an Hawaiian design and pink on the bottom)on September 27th. I was skeptical at first because the arch area was so pronounced and the insole was stiff. I put them in my Brooks shoes and it was almost immediate relief. I try to wear them as much as possible, along with stretching (especially before I get out of bed). I can walk my two miles a day with no pain. Hallelujah!

Game changer!
I had been to the doctor and they stated arthritis in my knee, go to physical therapy. Some relief but not really. Physical therapist said flat feet/ hi arch caused wearing down of my knee and weak hip. These insoles supported my foot straightened leg & knee, helping me with exercise to get my knee and hip realigned. My pain is almost gone, minimal pain. I use as soon as I wake. Got a few pairs for different shoes..

I should have gone to a Podiatrist.
I knew I was taking a huge chance in ordering what I thought would solve my right foot pronation. Unfortunately my knowledge is incomplete, and I made a poor selection. These made my feet feel worse than without them. But it was entirely my fault. I really should have gone to a Podiatrist. Lesson Learned.

Posture and Arch support noticed
I couldn't wait but slid them into my flats the moment they arrived. Immediately I saw how my posture corrected itself standing with them. The arch i'm working on fixing automatically started getting stretched a bit which is what it needs. (it felt gooood) . My ankle doesn't feel too wobbly anymore. I will be buying more from this brand for now on. I would recommend. Im starting to use more insoles due to recovering and strengthening from a sprained ankle.
