If you’re looking for the BEST diaper rash ointment, look no further!
My husband and I love Burt’s Bees Baby products! Especially this diaper rash ointment! My 17 month old is battling the stomach bug if you know what I mean and because of constant wet diapers he has a bad diaper rash even though I’m on it! I called his pediatrician and they asked me which diaper rash cream we use. When I mentioned Burt’s Bees, they told me to use triple paste even though the rash wasn’t much of my concern because Burt’s bees takes care of it and with this ointment we had it under control. After using triple paste, I didn’t see the fast results I was getting from my Burt’s bees ointment so I went back to my Burt’s bees! This ointment is FAST ACTING! I mean it brings down the redness tremendously after only 1 application whereas other brands, it does not! We have used this ointment since my little guy was only a few months old and this NEVER EVER let us down both to treat diaper rash and to prevent!! If you’re looking for the best diaper rash ointment, look no further!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miracle Cream for My Daughter’s Perioral Dermatitis!
I’m honestly blown away by how well this worked. My daughter struggled with perioral dermatitis for months. We tried everything… prescription oral meds, prescription topical treatments, and pretty much every over-the-counter cream you can imagine. Even our doctor was stumped. Out of desperation, I tried Burt’s Bees Diaper Rash Ointment, and it is the ONLY thing that helped! There’s no harsh smell, it didn’t burn when I applied it to her sensitive skin, and best of all… it actually worked. I put a thin layer on every night before bed and again in the morning. Yes, it leaves a bit of a white cast while it’s on, but honestly that didn’t bother me at all… within days her skin started clearing up. I think it helped by gently drying and calming the area. If you’re dealing with stubborn perioral dermatitis and nothing else is helping, this is absolutely worth trying. I’m so grateful we found it!

If you use cloth diapers!
Best natural, petroleum free, cream we have used. Others are not as “paste” like and do not stick to the skin as well as this one. A little expensive but well worth it. One tube lasts us a month and it covers the bottom very well (even when applied thinly-probably thanks to the 40% zinc). If you cloth diaper this will tend to stain. When I rinse the diaper before putting in the wetbag I use dawn soap on the stain and scrub vigoriously then rinse very, very well to get all the soap out. Almost all of the time I can get everything out. Every once in a while a little will remain. It’s still worth it to me. I have not found Bordeaux’s natural buttpaste or Babyganics to come close to the efficiency and effectiveness of Burt’s Bees. Still using cloth full time and Birt’s Bees when baby’s butt is in need (even a thin application works very well). Updated to add; One downfall is the tube in which it’s in. I find I have to cut open the tube to get the last half ounce or so that is left when the tube is empty. (I cut open tube and put the remaining paste in small glass container). If it were in a tub this would not be an issue and I would not be wasting any product. (Or wasting my time getting the last half ounce out of the darn tube.) For an expensive product I really do not want to waste any of it! But that would be the only thing I would change. Good luck!!

Great for Nighttime Diapers
I decided to try this after the Desitin we received from the hospital ran out. I remembered this diaper cream because a mom had brought it in for her child to use at the child development center I work for. I loved the smell of it and decided I would buy it for my little one to use. It doesn't smell the same as what I remember, but it still smells good. It works exactly like Desitin as well. I slather this on at night to protect my little one's bottom because he sleeps longer stretches now and I don't want to wake him. He did end up developing a little bit of a rash though so I continued to use this during the day to try to get the rash to heal up, but it didn't seem to help. I bought Earth Mama's Diaper Balm and after a few days of using that, the rash went away. I would say this diaper cream is great for protecting baby's bottom at night, but not for clearing up a diaper rash.

Far and away the best that we have tried.
We tried this recently for VERY nasty diaper rash that our newborn son had developed. We were changing him regularly and washing him carefully after each changing. We had been using Dr. Smith's and then Boudreaux's Buttpaste on the recommendation of a friend. Neither one of those worked, and in fact, the rash developed while we were using Dr. Smith's. We were ready to take him in to the Pediatrician because things were so raw, and the rash seemed to be spreading despite all of our careful efforts. Within two days of using this, the rash started to noticeably improve in the form of being far less red, and starting to heal over. Within about 5 days it was completely gone. In addition, the consistency of the cream is far better in that it covered all of the sores. The other creams would sort of slide past the sores when you were spreading it around rather than cover them completely, which meant they weren't staying clean and dry when he would pee and poop. The Burt's Bees max strength cream is awesome, and we are complete converts. I used to laugh at Burt's Bees and couldn't see what the fuss was about. This dad is convinced, and in fact, I just bought two more tubes of it so that we will always have some on hand if things start to get out of control again.

BEST DIAPER CREAM EVER!!!!!
LOVE this product. Only thing I wish was different was I wish it came in a bigger size instead of just the 3oz tubes. SO worth the money tho!! I used to use desitin max strength daily since i only had one tube of this and i ran out. The desitin seemed to help but it took so long!! It also gave baby dry skin in his thigh crease so I used A+D prevent diaper ointment to heal the dry skin while i waited for my new tube of berts bees to come in and by that point he had a little rash which cleared up in one day!! Im definitely using the A+D while he has no rash symptoms and use this when he starts to get a rash or redness so J dont have to go through the berts bees so quick. Which doesnt worry me at all because it literally only takes 1 day to heal the rash with this. Usually zinc oxide, especially 40%, is a lot and dries out his skin (desitin max strength does this) but the berts bees doesnt at all! Super creamy, thick, moisturizing, smells super good, and works wonders!! Definitely recommend this product!!

The ONLY Diaper Cream You Need!
The ONLY diaper cream we use on our baby! It heals his skin within less than a day. It even helps calm mosquito bites and drool rash. The slight lavender scent is so calming for both the baby and I - highly recommend!

Gentle, natural, and reliable — we love it
We’ve been using this cream for a while now and have bought it multiple times because it works so well for our baby. The cream is gentle, soothing, and made from natural ingredients, which gives me peace of mind when applying it to delicate skin. It absorbs nicely, doesn’t leave a greasy residue, and helps keep our baby’s skin soft and comfortable. We’ve had very positive results and haven’t experienced any irritation. It's very thick, so you don't need to use a lot of it. Overall, this is a very good, reliable product that we’ll continue to repurchase. Highly recommended for parents looking for a natural and effective baby cream. Pros: - Gentle and natural formula - Works well for sensitive baby skin - Absorbs easily, not greasy - Reliable — we’ve bought it multiple times Cons: - None
