Anyone know for sure if this is compatible for cloth diapers?

It is a myth that zinc oxide is not compatible with cloth diapers. Phthalates and petroleum products are the issue as was mention by chelleisay. This cream does not contain them so it is all good. we have been using it for a long time without issue regarding diaper absorption. Also, being 40% zinc oxide, you can dial down on the amount you use and still get great results. Awesome cream for cloth diaper users.

When did they change the formula? I'd like to purchase one of the old/original formula tubes still available for sale but wonder if they'll be expired

Something is different. It doesn't work as good as the old bottle. I would also like to buy old bottle formula. I'm very disappointed.

Does it have a strong scent?

No it really doesn't have a scent at all.

can this be used for rash on face?

I don’t know about using it on the face. This cream is pretty thick and bright white. Works great for diaper area, one application and the redness is gone.
