What is the percent of niacinamide?

If you look at the top 8 ingredients: Water, Niacinamide, Propanediol, Glycerin, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate, Ascorbic Acid, Gold, Glutathione. You will see the Niacinamide at second meaning its a pretty good percentage to give u efficient and effective results. You only need at-least 5% of Niacinamide for it to be effective.

I've used two different retinol creams (one was the oil of olay) and have experienced retinol burn. I think niacinamide as well. Should I try this?
