These specimen cups are well made and leakproof. The lids hold tight. Perfect for keeping on hand when you know you need to provide a specimen but also know you might not be able to produce when you get there. We also keep them on hand for Mom since she can't leave the house easily. Her provider lets us drop off samples for her.

These specimen cups are perfect for freezing my coffee for espresso use. I have been using them for several months and they keep my coffee as fresh as when first frozen. The are leak proof and keep moisture from accumulating on the coffee beans. I prepare double shots of 18 grams each for my espresso/lattes and each storage cup holds 36 grams (two cups of espresso/latte) each. I simply remove a frozen cup the night before and the coffee is ready the next a.m. I find it still fresh the second day. I would not recommend letting the beans remain unfrozen for more than a couple of days, though one might wish to experiment. These cups have been reused several times and appear quite sturdy. They come with label attached which I use to ID the coffee contents and date of storage. I highly recommend them for those of us who need to keep beans fresh for weeks or months after they have been roasted. While there are those who have recommended against freezing beans, they are likely opposed to the moisture and off-flavors that typically accumulate when frozen in non-airtight containers. My experience is the beans can remain for months and when unfrozen are as fresh as when first frozen and I can tell no difference in flavor due to the air-tight environment.

I got these because I have to do lots of lab work and it's way more convenient for me to collect urine in these and take it with me. I don't have to stress on trying to hold it, or not being able to go depending on the time. It's not drug test so the temperature doesn't matter to them and they have accepted it as is and put their own label on it. They come sterile. I've never had any weird results due to using these cups. They don't leak, I just bring it in my purse or pocket. They hold more than enough. I got the value pack, have given a couple away, they like them too. One person told me she pours it into the Dr's cup, rinses it out and has re used it many times. I also use one in the car to hide some cash and change, fits that well too. I will buy more when I run out. I hope this info helps.

These cups came in with no cracks or dents. They were all sealed so I know they were sterile. They were great for what we needed them for and I will purchase again if needed.
