Gives me a happy boost
I take in the morning on an empty stomach and gives me a happy boost and little bit of strength for the gym. It takes a few days to really feel it. Effective but you need to take over a long period

Be careful, your hair falls out with this
I kinda stopped taking this as it's making my hair fall out, it probably works fine for many, but the side-effect I'm experiencing (unfortunately) is my hair is falling out. I stopped taking this and the hair stopped clogging the drain. I'll stick to boron and other supplements for now.

Definitely ammped up the sex drive...
My doctor told me to try these to fix my sex drive due to menopause and by day 2 I noticed that I'm a 21 year old again! I kinda like it and so does my husband but wow I have things to do. I might not be able to take every day.

Good formula
I wanted to try this out because of the fact that they had 25 mg of regular DHEA along with the 7-keto and it seem to work great.

Getting tested before using is a good choice
It helped in ways, but not in ways that matter more to me than my hair. It caused my hair to shed badly— it went from noticeably thick to noticeably thin and I won’t live with that. I read that DHEA can have that effect when it causes a person to have too much testosterone I guess I naturally have high testosterone! Getting tested before using DHEA is a good choice.
