Had to leave coffee behind and tried these instead. Good substitute
I had to stop drinking coffee but needed to find something to take in the morning for just a little bit of caffeine. This has been a good substitute. Kind of expensive for what it is, though. So, not very good value for the money.

Easy to swallow capsules. Green tea is supposed to be good for u & I don’t drink enough. This is a good way to get antioxidants. Great price.

Useful supplement
I find this supplement to be a very good addition to my daily regimen. I have to limit my drinking of tea due to it's oxalate content but this enables me to still get the benefits of Green Tea with less risk of kidney stones.

I used to buy this all the time. It's pretty good green tea for a good price. You should know that this company is now owned by Nestlé.
