This has all the essential nutrients I need. I switched over to this product because it contains folate, which I was looking for. I like the quality of Pure so it was an easy purchase for me. Easy to swallow and hasn’t left me nauseas. No taste detected from my end.

Pure Encapsulations is the only brand of multivitamin that works for me. I have some health problems that cause my body to be unable to absorb all of the necessary vitamins from food. I've tried other cheaper brands, and they never seemed to make any difference (I suppose that my body just wasn't absorbing then either), but when I first tried Pure Encapsulations, I noticed an immediate difference in my energy levels. I took the once daily multivitamin for years, and though I tried to stop several times because of how expensive they are, I discovered each time that I just didn't feel as good when I was not taking them. Therefore, when I decided that I was going to try to conceive, there was no question about which brand of prenatal I should take. I feel just as good on these as I always did on the once daily, and a week ago, at my seventeen week checkup, my OBGYN said my blood work was perfect. All that being said, I acknowledge that those who are complaining about the smell do have a valid point. These do smell, but I personally never had a problem taking them, and now that I'm out of my first trimester, I don't really notice the smell anymore. I have no doubt that it's much worse for some women experiencing morning sickness. There were many smells that bothered me a lot during that time, but even though I definitely noticed and did not like the smell of these pills, it did not bother me enough to cause any kind of gag reflex (and it felt like everything was causing a gag reflex at that time). So, the smell is definitely something to keep in mind, but I still highly recommend that you try these pills, especially if you're like me, and your body has trouble absorbing nutrients. You might be like me and find that the smell doesn't bother you all that much. Or even if you do buy it and find that you can't handle it during some parts of pregnancy, you might be able come back to it after the morning sickness has (hopefully) passed.

I generally love this prenatal. It’s one of the few I found that offers clean ingredients at a really reasonable price. I used it throughout my entire pregnancy and continued for eight months postpartum, and I genuinely felt great the whole time. One thing I really appreciate is that it uses a more bioavailable form of folate instead of folic acid. For some people, folic acid can be harder for the body to properly convert and utilize, whereas active forms of folate are typically easier to absorb. Overall, this has been a product I trust and would absolutely recommend.

I love this prenatal vitamin! So many others have made me sick and caused me to have aversions to them. It covers nearly everything a mom needs for growing a healthy baby and maintaining a healthy body. I take mine before bed to reduce nausea and have had zero issues with this vitamin. It has a neutral/no taste and is easy to swallow. I love only having to take two a day and will continue with these after delivery for postpartum support.
