The interface and Instalation via admin is very difficult, and require some skill to install. This portion of the DoorBird system needs huge improvement from the manufacturer.

Buyer beware this product does not work!
Terrible product does not work! Internet connectivity is sporadic at best. The customer service is terrible! They will only deal with you via email and have not helped at all! Buyer beware

Very slow and unreliable
This device goes to sleep and is super slow to wake up. It keeps losing connection to the door bird keypad at the door, while the internet connection is superb for everything else. Waste of money.

Nice idea. Poor execution.
Don't buy if you are looking to connect via Wi-Fi. Instructions are simple to follow. But get you nowhere.

Terrible device, poor customer support
Terrible documentation and support. Very difficult to set up. Poor UI and wireless range. I have an older model that they discontinued and don’t support anymore. The app doens’t have a connect to wifi button; it lists all the models and have videos on how to connect to wifi.
