This is an amazing phone, and very powerful. It is a bit heavy, but with a massive battery that lasts all day, I am satisfied. And the functionality of the Blackberry Hub make it worth its weight in gold.I like the keyboard, and was surprised that it also had a touchscreen keyboard, so I go back and forth between using the two.All I can say is I'm glad I got it on sale. I would highly recommend it.

Need to have instruction booklet
The phone is great, but there is a learning curve to get use to all its features. No instructions were enclosed to know exactly what the phone could do. Little things like turning off the alarm clock, and it wants to pocket call some foreign language answering machine. I was not able to transfer my data or photos from my old phone as it was not listed (Blackberry Classic).Great photos. I like how clear emailed photos are. Once I learn all the features I am certain it will more than satisfy my needs.I like how it updates without me having to tell it. Being able to connect to the internet helps keep the costs down.I have recommended this product to several friends.
