How is the product quality?

Good, but my kit was missing the nose frida filters and I ended up buying an electric nail filer.

Is the product safe for health?

I think so. My son’s pediatrician told us that we shouldn’t use the nose Frieda everyday. We were using it A LOT when he was little cause we thought he couldn’t breathe. So the nose Frieda should be used sparingly. The nail clippers in this thing are AMAZING!!! If you don’t want the whole kit id recommend those nail clippers. We never got the nerve to use the windy. Good luck!!
