So I've been thinking about trying my hand at needle felting for some time, and this kit was perfect! The directions are easy to use (although if you have no idea how to needle felt, you should go to youtube and just search for some basic techniques videos), and the wool itself is super soft and just as pictured; you get 3 colors, and enough so you can definitely make two-four little seals. I highly recommend this if you just want to try it out and see how you like felting. The only thing you need to get that is not in the kit is a foam block, which is pretty necessary because the needle is sharp and the base helps to shape the wool. Other than that, give it a go!
