Haidilao Hot Pot Soup -- Tomato 200g 海底捞 火锅底料-番茄

The sauce is really delicious! However, it makes quite a lot of broth once cooked, so keep in mind that it might be too much for one person. I’d recommend adjusting the portion size if you’re cooking for yourself!

Savory with a hint of sweetness. This is my favorite broth to use when making hot pot at home. Lends flavor without overpowering anything you put in.

It’s a sauce packet not powder. But it tastes good. Like tomato based hot pot can use as much to taste. It’s mild in flavor not too much spice but still tastes good,

This tomato hotpot broth was surprisingly delicious. I enjoy the spicy mala broth but sometimes my stomach disagrees with me. This tomato broth is perfect for switching it up. This isn't spicy at all but the broth itself is delicious and nicely seasoned. My picky daughter loved it as well. I enjoy it with bokchoy, bean sprouts, shrimp, thin cuts of beef and udon noodles!

The product came when advertised and was exactly what we purchased. The flavor however, was not as expected. Using the ratio on the package still resulted in a watered down flavor that did not complement the meat and noodles well.

We really lived this soup base. It’s now a family favorite.

Yum! Very fun to do hot pot with at home. I especially love spinach & enoki mushrooms with this. May be available at your local Ranch 99 if you don’t want to buy food off Amazon.

I always order this for my friends that don’t like. Everyone loves it.
