make sure to secure it carefully, the velcro will itche and cause irritation. the umbilical pad is very helpful. I wear a 2x generally and it fits me fine.

Smaller than they used to be
Weโve ordered this many times, itโs my husbands favorite hernia belt. We always order size large/xl and this time around it was way smaller than it should have been. The product packaging says l/xl but the product is so tiny we barely fit it around him. They either changed their product drastically or they messed up and the wrong belt was put in a l/xl packaging. Now Iโm debating ever ordering again because I donโt know if itโs a fluke or the result of revamping the product.

Will help to relieve pain and provide abdominal support
I had surgery to repair three hernias. I wish I had ordered this product sooner. I like that it is wide to cover the stitches from my breastbone to below my navel. I also appreciate the round Velcro piece that I can place over the umbilical area. It is easy to put on. It is lightweight that I even have slept in it for two nights. I can now turn to my side in bed without too much pain. I still take pain meds in the morning, but I can now do light housekeeping chores.

Great Hernia Support
My husband has several hernias from a past surgery. I ordered him several different belts he did not like at all, because they did not stay in place, or cover whole area or were uncomfortable and noticeable under his work clothes. So ordered this one. He loves it and wears under in clothes every day and loves the support. He has worn it for months now and it is little bit stretched but still usable. He asked me to order him another to use until he can get his hernias fixed. So overall this belt has been great, and I would highly recommend it!
