Excellent natural multivitamin for daily energy and well-being
I've been using this multivitamin for several weeks now, and I've been quite surprised. I like that it's made with "real food" ingredients because it feels more natural than other vitamins I've tried. Since I started taking it, I've noticed a bit more energy throughout the day and less fatigue, especially in the mornings. Another plus is that it includes digestive enzymes and probiotics, which really helps with digestion. It hasn't caused me any stomach upset, which was something that did happen with other supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the bottle lasts a long time (150 days is excellent). Also, the fact that it's vegetarian and certified clean gives me more confidence in the product's quality. Overall, it's a very good option if you're looking for a complete and more natural multivitamin. I would definitely buy it again.

Has become my first choice for vitamins.
After years of trying different vitamins I ended up trying these when decided we were going to try to have a kid. I have no way to say if it helped that or not besides saying that it says it has stuff to help with that in some way. I had no kind of side effects from using it, easy to swallow and didn't have an upset stomach or anything like that. It doesn't have too strong of a smell or taste or anything either. I just kind of stuck with it after having our first kid and knew we were at some point try for a second. I liked them so seemed fine thing to do. I always thought they were of good quality and in the years I've taken them haven't had any issues. It seemed for the contents of the vitamins they were worth the money I was paying for them so I have continued on with them and will continue to do so.

Top notch
These are great and organic compared them to other store brands. This one takes the cakes so far.

A Solid Daily Multivitamin, But the Pills Are Big
I picked up the Rainbow Light Men's One because I wanted a daily multivitamin that didn't feel like a total waste of money. My main expectations were to get a decent nutrient boost, support my immune system, and maybe get a little more energy during the day without any stomach issues. I'd say it's a mixed bagโit works, but it's got some quirks. The formula is one of the things I liked most. It's packed with over 20 vitamins and minerals, plus stuff like ashwagandha, lycopene, and probiotics, which I don't always see in standard multis. It's vegetarian, non-GMO, and made with real food nutrients, which is a big plus if you're trying to avoid synthetic junk. It also has digestive enzymes to help with absorption, and I've seen a lot of reviews saying it's gentle on the stomach compared to other brands. Energy-wise, I did notice a subtle boost after a few weeks. Nothing crazy, but I felt less sluggish in the afternoons. Some other users mentioned the same thingโbetter energy and focus without any jitters. I also didn't have any stomach issues, which was one of my main concerns. Now for the downsides, and there are a few. The biggest complaint across the board is the pill size. It's large and can be tough to swallow for some people. One person even said they cut it into sixths just to get it down. Another issue is the taste. It's unflavored, but it has a distinct earthy or bitter taste that some people find off-putting, especially if the pill sticks in your throat. There were also a couple of negative reviews that gave me pause. One person said it messed with their blood pressure, while another mentioned they felt like they were "overdosing" on something. These seem like outliers, but they're worth noting. Also, one reviewer found the bottle was short by 16 tablets, which isn't great for quality control. So why would you buy this? Honestly, if you want a clean, once-a-day multivitamin with solid ingredients and can handle a large pill, it's a decent choice. The price is reasonable compared to some premium brands, especially for a 150-count bottle. It met my expectations for energy and digestion, but the pill size and taste are real drawbacks. **Pros:** - Clean, plant-based ingredients with real food nutrients - Gentle on the stomach for most users - Includes probiotics and digestive enzymes for better absorption - Good value for a 150-count supply **Cons:** - Large pill that can be hard to swallow - Earthy or bitter taste if it dissolves in your mouth - Some negative reactions reported (blood pressure, skin breakouts) - A few quality control complaints (short counts) Based on my experience, I'd give it a **4 out of 5 stars**.

Best multivitamin Iโve used so far
Iโm not a doctor or a scientistโjust someone who takes vitamins regularly and has tried a lot of different brands over the years. That said, these are by far the best multivitamins Iโve taken. Theyโre easy to tolerate, donโt upset my stomach, and feel well balanced compared to others Iโve used. I like that the formula seems thoughtfully put together, and I feel like I get better overall delivery from this brand versus cheaper or overly synthetic options. Theyโve become part of my daily routine and Iโve stuck with them longer than any other multivitamin Iโve tried. Everyoneโs body is different, but for me, these have been consistently solid and reliable. Iโm a big fan and will continue buying them.

Rainbow Light is Consistently the Best on the Market
Rainbow Light consistently produces inferior products! I have been using their multi vitamins for well over 20 years. What got me way back then was how quick it dissolves in a glass of water. It doesnโt take long for it to break down so your body can get the nutrients to your body much quicker than any other pill/tablet vitamins Iโve ever seen. If you have a compromised digestive system, these are what youโre looking for! Even if you donโt have any digestive situations, these are top notch. You wonโt be disappointed, try it out!

After taking everyday for over 20 years, I can no longer recommend **MUST READ**
I've been taking this multivitamin for over 10 years. I was drawn to this product due to it being a 'food-based' multivitamin. I just noticed I've bought the 150ct bottle 8 times here on Amazon and then before that I was buying it from another online vitamin store. 5 years ago I noticed I was developing a tingling and cold sensation on my left forearm and left hand. I ended up going to the ER where they basically couldn't find anything wrong with the exception of inflamed tissue around the sack the heart sits in. During that time I discontinued the use of this vitamin because I wasn't sure what was causing the tingling. I started back taking this multivitamin a year later. Fast-forward to Jan. 2023, I started having that same tingling in my left forearm and left hand again. Originally, I thought it was due to my high blood pressure medication because I also started having heart palpitations. I ended up having to go to the ER where they ran a CT scan to rule out a stroke. They also ran a chest scan to rule out a heart attack. They also did blood panel to make sure I wasn't suffering from kidney or liver problems. They could not find an answer to why I was experiencing tingling and coldness on the left side of my upper body. Ultimately it was ruled as acute and would go away on its own. The ER assured me whatever was going on would not kill me. However, day by day the tingling and coldness started to travel to my feet and then my chins, then from my hands ands forearms to my shoulders and then I started to feel it in my chest. My PCP had wrote me referrals to both a cardiovascular doctor and also a neurologist. I began to experience skin tremors and flutters in my feet that weren't painful, but felt like bugs crawling underneath the surface of the bottom of my feet. It was a very weird feeling. I began doing my own investigating and realizing I was suffering from Peripherial Neuropathy. Part of my investigating was also thinking about every single thing I was doing day to day from eating to physical activities that might contribute to this issue I was having. Based on what the doctors said, it wasn't the high blood pressure medication that was causing this issue, and the only other thing I knew I had been consuming daily was this multivitamin, so I began looking up each ingredient and typing 'Peripheral Neuropathy' next to the name of each ingredient in my Google searches. Eventually I came to B6. There is 20mg of vitamin B6 in this multivitamin and that's 1176% of the daily value needed by our bodies. I found that there are MULTIPLE reported issues of B6 causing Peripherial Neuropathy when taking in either extremely large doses or slightly larger doses over a period of multiple years. This B6 induced Peripherial Neuropathy has been an issue since the 1980s and its still allowed to be sold in high doses within multi-vitamins. I instantly stopped taking this multivitamin and now a week later my Peripherial Neuropathy has almost completely resolved. Based on the timeline of events, I know for a fact this multivitamin is the cause of my Peripherial Neuropathy. Thankfully I realized it before permanent chronic nerve damage was done. Do yourself a favor and do your research. I was taking this vitamin for over 10 years and would have never guessed it would have caused me 2 ER visits during this time. 1176% of B6 or any vitamin is ridiculous when you think about it. Sure your body will pee out whatever it doesn't need, but your body can only get rid of it so fast when you're constantly injecting 1176% of it a day into your body. It's even more ridiculous that Rainbowlight would include this amount of B6 in their multivitamin when they know the history behind B6 intoxication and its issues associated with Peripherial Neuropathy. I'll never take this multivitamin again and I recommend you do the same.

Nice Product with few drawbacks
This product is good but the only thing I found that it increases the blood sugar. So this product before taking any Sugar blood test like Sugar fasting or Sugar Random should be avoided. Please take Doctors advice before buying the product. In addition it keeps the energy level high.
