These Rusks were pleasing to the palate! Cardamom and cinnamon flavors, delicious with coffee, or tea. Great to dunk too!

I love rusk toast and tea so much. I hadn’t had it in a very long time and caught a craving, so I looked online and found these. I found the idea of cardamom flavoring to be intriguing, but I must say the flavor was mild and mostly undetectable. However, it did not stop me from having delicious tea and toast snacks until the box was all gone. I enjoyed them very much.

I've been on a rusk kick for the last few weeks, trying different options. These are toast-type rusks, being thin and crispy-crunchy. For those who don't know, rusk is thrice-baked bread - the first time to rise, the second time to crisp the crust, and the last time to crisp the sides, Melba toast in the US is the closest equivalent, though that is harder/crunchier than this. These rusks take butter well, if you like that sort of thing, but don't really need it. The cardamom flavor is quite welcome, I don't encounter that very often in the US, and here it is well balanced, neither over or under done. These rusks dip okay, not as good as biscotti on account of their being fairly mild. In the family, the member who enjoys cardamom likes them a lot, where everyone else finds them nice to snack on here and there. I would recommend trying them if you like rusk or cardamom, even if you don't think you'd buy some on the regular.

Perfect dessert - tasty cardamon flavor, but not over done. Great with Black Tea, Coffee, etc. Will purchase again!

Very bad cardamom flavor. I would return it if I could. Waste of money even though it was marked down.

Actually nice! Crisp. Not too sweet.

I think this would be good for kids . Especially as a teething option. The flavor is mild, neutral and only slightly sweet. Cardamom is listed as one of the ingredients. But I couldn't detect it. My preference is the Toastea suji rusk.

Love these. I moved far from Dallas and the Indian grocery stores where I used to buy these. I am thrilled I can order them here. They are so good and arrived in great condition (not in a pile of crumbs).
