A Small yet Handy and Rugged German Knife for the Kitchen
Like it’s bigger brothers in Wustof Pro line, this little knife is rugged, yet light and handy to use. The molded plastic handle provides a comfortable, secure grip. The blade holds a sharp edge well, and is the right length for small slicing and peeling jobs. This knife is dishwasher safe, and has the endorsement of the National Sanitation Foundation.

Afordable, sharp and lasting. Perfect paring knife.
Great knife, very sharp and easy to handle. This is my go-to knife for smaller things such as fruits and vegetables. It seems to remain sharp and requires little maintenance, and stays sharp and shiny after five months of continuous use. Normally the only let down with Wusthof knives is the price, but this one is affordable.

Nice knife for the low price
Although this is not the model my wife wanted I decided to buy it anyways. This thing is light weight but very sharp and I love it.For the price - it is a great deal.

New favorite kitchen knife
Sharp and flexible. Good handle with a nice shape and thickness Perfect for paring. Good replacement for my granny’s parer. It looks like it should last a long time. When I need more knives I will get the same Wustoff pro knives.

Great budget paring knife
I like what Wusthof did with the grip here, a little more purchase but not completely out of the box like with their chef's knife.I would say this is my top budget paring knife over the Victorinox. Just a bit more comfy. Will get pretty dang sharp if you use the right tools and hold an edge for a long time (it is a paring knife after all, not a workhorse).I have two because I like one as a steak knife. It feels good to SLICE a ribeye instead of tear it with one of those serrated things.

Great knife, great price
Great knife, great price. This knife if VERY SHARP, and useful. As soon as it arrived I put it to use. I peeled an apple and immediately cut myself. I was used to my old, dull knives that were not sharp at all. The Wusthof knife is like a razor with a handle compared to my old knives. Practical and good value.

This knife is a kitchen workhorse
This little knife is a kitchen workhorse. I break it out for quick cuts, peeling vegetables, hulling berries and other small jobs and it is a great kitchen tool. After using it for a month now, the knife has held its edge and looks as great as the day I bought it. The grip is especially nice as it offers a nonslip handle, a feature that is definitely appreciated versus other knives I own. Great looking knife, would buy again.

Rust in Record Time
I'm not sure how they define "rust resistant." But I've had this knife for a few weeks. It has been, at best, lightly used. I've not done anything unusually stupid with it. And yet I'm looking at what are most certainly "baby" rust marks. That development would make this blade the most fragile, effectively useless paring knife I've ever bought. Of course, it also happens to be one of the cheapest I've ever bought (I imagine that is no coincidence). Maybe I'm unlucky. Maybe it's a single lemon. Maybe I'm an idiot and I've managed to destroy a perfectly good knife in record time after just a handful of uses and cleanings. Or maybe, just maybe, this is a janky, low-end, POS paring knife. Any way it goes, I have wasted my money. If you are reading this, then you have a chance to avoid making my mistake. Your call.
