This really protects from dust I would highly recommend

Very snug. So, if you insert the device head-in, it will pull the soft plastic flange off as you try to remove the unit from the case. And if you try to put it in bottom first, it will probably trigger the release mechanism and make it difficult or impossible to insert. Pretty much useless, IMO.

I'll admit it's my fault - I should have recognized -but I still felt a little deceived - because the sleeve and ACTUAL lancing device are shown together I assumed that's what I was getting - so I was surprised when I only received the sleeve and NO lancing device
