Q: What is the difference between this and Bulletproof's Collagen Protein?

The Collagelatin is thicker and makes for a richer coffee (or whatever you mix it in). I find it testier too. The Collagen protein seems to get a bit funky when mixed with the hot coffee.

Q: Since this isn't all gelatin, can you use it in recipes for homemade jello or gummie snacks?

Yes you can make "jello" and gummies with the CollaGelatin, but not the Collagen Protein. Bulletproof's website has recipes for gummies and "jello".

Q: Does this product work well in cold smoothies? I've read it works well with Coffee, but read mixed reviews about cold beverages?

I prefer it in cold smoothies. Using a personal blender with multiple mixes, never had clump issues and taste is pretty much neutral.

Q: Is this a protein source that can be added to the bulletproof coffee to lose weight?

You can add it to bulletproof coffee; it dissolves just fine. As to losing weight, not sure about that. Bulletproof's website does say you can add it to bulletproof coffee.
