I know the reviews are all over the place, but as other 5 star reviewers stated, read the purpose of these ‘cigarettes’, it’s all about satisfying the hand to mouth fixation or habit. These fake cigarettes don’t help or meant to help with actual nicotine withdrawal. I do use straws sometimes, but the ‘feel’ of this fake cigarette is much more pleasing. I didn’t want to vape or have any type of flavor to help me quit, so I tried these for times when the urge to smoke, due to habit, is really bad. For me, these are exceptional, as my biggest issue as I quit, is missing cigarette in hand, to mouth along with ashtray on the table. May sound strange, but these work like a charm. I ‘smoke’ a fake cigarette, lay down in the ashtray, pick up , ‘smoke’ and back to ashtray, just like when I smoked. No more smell, smoke or ashes but definitely helps me to satisfy the old habit cravings. Take this from a 50+ year smoker who quit.

I’ve been smoking for over 50 years, and they certainly were not a help. I would not recommend them. Perhaps they might be beneficial to someone who hasn’t smoked half of century. But I won’t give up working on quitting smoking. Try it, even though they didn’t work for me, for the price, try them like I did.

I can't really say anything bad about these because it is simply the fact that I probably don't want to quit bad enough... I am going to hang onto these for when I reach a point of "have to" and I will hope they help at that point. Technically I guess I should already be at the "have to quit" point because of my health...but I'm not there mentally, so these are not helping me. Best of luck to all the "quitters" that are doing better at it than me. These are something to help with the "figgit" part of the habit... There's no flavor or anything like that, it's just something to hold to fill that part of the habit.

I bought these to help my husband stop smoking in the car. He has tried other things but having the feel of a real cigarette made the transition. It has helped me cut back on his smoking. It doesn't have any taste and since you dont light it or inhale anything thru it, no sent or irritation.

No draw at all. Quit cigs over year ago, vaping too much to replace cigs. These look and feel like a cig so may be good for those who just want to quit cigs and not vape. If already quit cigs do not buy these! Look too "real" and will make you miss cigs more! basically paper over cotton. You can chew on them but there's no puffing....

This is essentially just a very long filter wrapped in a cigarette tube. It helps enforce the habit of holding a cigarette, but for me at least, that was the last thing I needed while quitting smoking and all that these things did was frustrate me every time I took a drag, because it feels like a cigarette and looks like a cigarette, but it's not a cigarette. They just made me mad every time i took a drag so I threw them out.

These are excellent, especially with a patch. You can still have that hand to mouth motion and the drawing routine. My only complaint is that they sometimes get stuck to my lips. But I use one for quite a few smokes.

Theses really helped, especially when I was driving long hours! Actually felt like a real cigarette!

I thought these were Hollow but they're just like a filter wrapped to look like a cigarette doesn't work for me at all
