Brilliant knee pads for sports
They work miracle, I have a runners knee (Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS)) so I found it difficult to squat or run in general. Thanks to smalets, I am now able to do both without much pain and because of it's continuous usage my knees are recovering as well. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have purchased the small size and been quite satisfied since then. Wore them only while squatting when going for the maximum weights tho. But even then they provided nice support and held the knee joints nicely tight and together. I highly recommend for gym users with knee troubles or lifters who want to increase their max.

Perfect for Squats and lunges if your knees are a bit weak.
