Got this to aid in my weight loss journey. Along with CLA, a modified diet and a little exercise, I was able to shed a lot of weight, about 3 pant sizes in a couple of months.Can't say what I should attribute it to, as the only things that really changed between my stubborn overweight stage and my healthy stage was CLA, beta glucans, and a gimmicky "night time fat burner".Either way, adding this product helped speed up the process. No side effects, good size capsules, not overpriced.

This is a great deal for this high mg Beta Glucan. We use this regularly in our house to boost our immune systems and knock out any virus that may find it's way in. This is a much better deal then any local offerings.

I trust it is working, but I don't really know. Literature on this supplement gives it good reviews.

Hard to say with many supplements!? I haven’t noticed anything good or bad happening since I began taking them… so who knows?
