Doesn't work, and no support
My charger came defective. It made a loud spark when plugged in, and didn't power anything after. Never had any issues with any other outlets.There is no easy support option either.

Robust Power Supply
I purchased this power supply after my first purchase failed. I replaced it with this adapter and my application tested, with a meter was running at 2.6 Amps and not even working hard .Yes the cord is a bit short , but this is a good robust well built power suppply .Great value for the price .

Solved our problem
We were running an 8 camera Lorex security camera system. 7 of the 8 cameras were running off a single power supply using a 1-8 wiring harness. All 7 cameras went out. Replaced the PS with this and all cameras working again
