This warmer is just amazing. I tend to nurse a mug of tea from morning to night. This warmer has three different temperatures. I always start out at the high 167 but as I drink my tea and there’s less than a cup, I drop it to 149, and when it gets lower, I can drop it to 131. Keeps it at the right temperature all day long. One of the other things I love about it is that if I leave and forget that I still had some tea sitting there, it turns itself off after four hours. It is so convenient to use because you don’t have to turn it on or off. You just set your cup down on it and it automatically returns to the last temperature you used. I bought my first one in 2021 and now have five of them. I keep one in my bedroom, one in my family room for when I’m watching TV, one at my office desk, one at my partner‘s desk in his man cave, and one in the camper. I’ve tried many different brands and styles in the past and I can assure you this is the best. Enjoy.

I purchased this mug warmer in the dead of winter to keep my tea warm in the evening as I sip tea and watch TV. I have a couple of other warmers which work well enough, but don't keep the beverage quite hot enough. This one has three temperature settings, which provide nice choices. The only negative I have for it is that there is no on/off switch. It only comes on when you have a mug or cup on it, which is nice, but I'd like to be able to leave my cup on it once I finish drinking, rather than having to set it elsewhere. I know, very minor issue, but still ... . The instructions state it will turn itself off after four hours of not moving the cup, although I haven't tested this feature. Overall I highly recommend it. It is shiny black and sleek looking, easy to use and to set the temperature you want. I plan on getting at least one more as a gift. It is more appropriately priced than other items of this type that claim more gimmicks, but don't heat as well. One footnote, it seems to randomly make a very high-pitched beep. It does this when it's in use, but very occasionally when not in use, but plugged in. It is so soft and random, that I wasn't sure if I really heard it, but my wife hears it too. This doesn't detract from it's use, it's just something that makes you go, hmmm ...

This coffee mug warmer works great and keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature without overheating. Love the choice in temperatures feature. It’s simple to use, heats quickly, and fits my mugs well. A great upgrade for enjoying hot coffee longer at my work desk.

This warmer is very good . Keeps my coffee hot. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it needs a on/off switch. It doesn’t come on until you put your cup on it. Goes off after you remove the cup. So I unplug it when not in use. Warmer

This is the best of the many mug warmers available online. It has 3 temperatures. I use the highest - 167 degrees. I like my coffee HOT. With this warmer I don’t have to return to the microwave as often to reheat my coffee. It is very easy to use- takes large mugs as well as regular sized cups. I have looked everywhere for a “flat bottomed” mug . All the mugs I have found have a rim on the bottom which prevents complete contact with the warmer. However the warmer works with the “bottom rimed “ mugs. I use my warmer for the end table by my recliner. I am considering purchasing a second warmer for my desktop. I definitely recommend this as the BEST mug warmer. I have been using it many hours daily for over a month as I am retired. It works fine. I did just purchase a second one. It came the day after I ordered it. Now I can enjoy a hot beverage by my recliner or on my desktop. I purchased a silicone cover/lid for my mug. This really keeps my beverage hot. However when you remove the lid the condensation on the underside of the lid drips. I keep a paper towel/napkin close by to catch the condensation.

I love it because by the time I help my husband get settled after he gets up, my coffee is cold and I do not like having to warm it up by the microwave. Love it, love it 😍. I have used it for a week and love how it keeps my coffee hot so I gave it 5 stars at first, but have taken 2 stars away because I did not pay attention when I ordered it, that it has no turn off button. If you accidentally lay a book or anything that weighs enough to trigger the button on the bottom it will heat up. I do not want to unplug it when I am not using it as plug is hard to get too. Even if you turn it up side down and lay something on it the button that is on the top then it will still heat up. Neat idea, but no turn off button?????

I purchased one in a while ago... and is very good. Quality, and easy to use. Just put the mug on it. Automatic turns off when you take the mug from. Is on of the best things I both from amazon. Price is right and quality is very good. Thank you for who made it.

This item malfunctioned, a stack of papers about five pages was accidentally placed on top of it, and nearly started a fire. there should not be any heat from this unless there’s something having enough weight engage the heat plate. The paperwork was accidentally set on top of the hot plate, but definitely not heavy enough to engage, and the heat plate is no longer working unless I push down with my hand, a coffee cup is not heavy enough to engage it now so something has malfunctioned . I purchased this last spring and I am no longer eligible for a replacement or refund and just about burned down my office

I'm starting to think a lot of the bad reviews of these type of units are from people expecting the unit to be a tea/coffee warmer-upper and actually warm up your tea/coffee from cold... This is not designed to do that, something that could go on your desk and make water hot/boil would be dangerous so this just keeps your already hot beverages hot and it does an amazing job! It works amazing keeping a full cup warm on the highest setting and as the cup gets emptier and emptier I lower the temperature, otherwise it gets a little too hot and gets a skin from the cream. I noticed it works best with either a clay mug with a flat bottom or a smaller mug ie around the base as most cups have a rim on the bottom and only the rim part comes in contact with the actual unit. This particular unit gets the hottest at 167°, a lot of them don't go higher than 135°, which is okay with a half empty cup but for a full cup, I'm really glad I got this one that goes to 167°. I left my tea on it by accident the other day and went to bed and it shuts off after a couple hours and the tea had a bit of a skin on top from the cream but that was it 😍 Especially love that when I take my tea cup off the unit, the unit turns itself off. I don't have to worry about turning it on and off. The only worry is if someone sets a book down on top of it or something so I have it on my end coffee table where that won't happen. If you had a cat or child or something I would be concerned that they might stand on it or lean on it and accidentally/automatically turn it on. It remembers whatever temperature I had it on last, so I don't have to adjust it necessarily.

Great product, works exactly as described and even warms up a drink that had gone cold. I use regular cups, so no flat bottom and it keeps my tea or coffee hot as long as I want, love it! Also, the auto-shut-off is so great, never have to worry about if I left it on.

Works well, as advertised. Warmer remembers last temperature you had and when you put cup on it, goes to that temperature. You can change it higher if you want. When you take the cup off, the warmer shuts off automatically, put the cup back on it, warms up immediately. Love it!
