Well Made and will work with any chair ( With a little ingenuity )
I have gotten the OTHER covers for the arms of my favorite chair but they weren't lasting long or didn't fit real well. Also the others uses Velcro straps so they moved around. So decided even though these were pricey to give them a try. They are well made, and really comfortable once installed. I have tennis elbow and the memory foam in them is nice and thick and really supports my elbow and protects it from digging into the chair to hard and causing me pain. As for ease of install I think if you had a normal chair, then these should be as simple as bolting your old arm pad off and bolting a new one on. As there are multiple different holes in the armrest to accommodate a lot of different chairs. That said, my chair is not your typical chair and doesn't use the more generic styles of arm rest. So I knew I may need to modify. As I had to make them work. I took off my old arm rest pads, and drilled holes to match the new ones. Then put the replacement cover I had on my arm already and cut some holes for the new pad bolts and bolted them to the old arm pad. I will say I did have to get some longer bolts due to the multiple layers but the bolts are standard size and were easily attained. Then rebolted the old arm rests back onto the chair frame. 30 minutes tops. These arm rests are better than what came on the chair originally and made my chair even more comfortable and while pricey they were worth every dollar and saved me from having to get a new chair. I couldn't be happier.

Very comfortable and just long enough
These have worked well to replace the damaged arm pads on an older office chair. Very comfortable and just long enough. Versatile enough with the variety of hole placements that we can swap them out on just about any chair if needed. Not without flaws though - one of the pads has a permanent, small dent near the top. We thought it might have been from being smooshed in the package so we gave it some time to see if the foam would expand and fill it out again, but the dent is still there several weeks later. It doesn't impact the comfort or function, so we don't mind how it looks. But at that price point, we were expecting better quality control.

What a great idea. I bought the Ergo 360 Memory Foam ...
My old desk chair finally started to lose its comfort. Instead of buying a new chair I decided to replace the arm rests and add the BackGuard Lower Back Pain Cushion. What a great idea. I bought the Ergo 360 Memory Foam arm rests and that cushion. I saved myself a hundred dollars by not having to purchase another new chair. That cushion is very comfortable and a pleasure to rest my back against as I sit at my computer. It really does work to reduce my lower back pain caused by a herniated disk. The arm rests are nicely made and much better than the original hard arm rests that came with the chair. The arm rests fit my chair perfectly and are thick enough to provide great support and comfort. I am very happy with my chair now.

If you need padded armrests, get these!
Points to consider: 1. These pads are cushioned and very soft to the touch. Other replacement pads by different sellers had reviews indicating there was no cushioning. I wish these had come with my chair originally, they're so much better. 2. Replacement screws are provided. This turned out to be very helpful as the existing hardware on my chair used 1/4 inch longer screws and those screw tips were detectable through these pads when compressed (as they will be during normal use). 3. The multiple screw holes are nice to have I guess but my chair has the "standard" 4-inch distance. 4. The dimensions of these pads fit well with the pads they replaced. A wee bit taller maybe but not detectable when in use. The seller shipped by USPS; received 3 days after ordering, long before Amazon's projected receipt date.

Fits All !
Received the armrests in good order. They are much better than the original. The 7 inch spacing fit perfectly. I went with the existing screws as the provided screws weren't quite long enough. The comfort level is very high and made this chair look like new again. Thanks for the multiple screw locations. A real life saver.

Comfortable and Durable So Far...
Just what I needed for my Global Task Chair. They are very comfortable and a good improvement over the originals. I had a little trouble getting the screws to work as the were too short. I counter sunk the holes in the mounting plates slightly and then the screws were able to get threaded good. I am real careful not to let the pads get banged up against or under the desk edge. I don't think the material would take much abuse before it would tear because it feels fairly thin. This is for my home use. For an office it may not be such a good choice.

Highly Recommend
I needed a replacement for one of the arms on my chair. I didn't want to buy a new chair just because of a torn arm. These are very comfortable and easy to install. And, they look great.

Multiple position screw holes pretty much guarantee they'll fit any chair
Immediate satisfaction. So comfy! Worth the extra $'s. Multiple position screw holes pretty much guarantee they'll fit any chair. (But measure anyway.) It's the little things. Just got them, but they seem really well constructed - like they'll last.
