Great Pans
These pans just work. I cook a lot and these pans have become my go to pans. Heats evenly, nothing sticks, non stick finish doesn't flake, peel, scratch using proper utensils. Highly recommend

My go-to brand for heavy home use
I have purchased a number of Volrath pans and have never been disappointed, and we cook a lot. The pans are well built with large rivets connecting the handle. The non-stick coating works very well and will last a long time if cared for (careless storage will do more damage than cooking). The cool handle works great and is removable for cleaning. For me, these are as good as a number of commercial grade pans I have used, at a much lower cost.
