Looks much more expensive than it is, very comfortable, love the shape to the toilet and it's also very easy to clean :)The first one that arrived was broken, and I didn't realise until 3 weeks after it had been delivered - I called the company and told them what had happened and they were absolutely brilliant. I called at 2pm on the Thursday and the replacement was with me by 9am on the Friday.Outstanding :)

Fantastic company, service and products.
First pan had a slight fault. After sending a photo a replacement was sent in less than 2 days. Excellent company with fantastic customer service. The product was pretty easy to fit to say its the first one I have ever put in. Very pleased.

Good-looking little toilet.
