How well do the different colors align when doing multicolor projects? Can the press get very fine alignment of different colors on top of each other?

I've had good results with alignment. Haven't had an issue yet.

What size screws are needed for it to be secured to a table? the ones that came with mine were way too small

Depends on the thickness of the table. I used 3/4” plywood with 1/4-20x1.5” bolts.

I don't see anything about the return policy and I don't feel comfortable buying until I know. Has anyone returned or know the policy?

I’ve been trying to return mine, missing parts etc, the company sent me a return label Postage needed/required, I looked it up, postage is over $100. Amazon asked them to send me a postage paid return label over a week ago, but nothing yet. I sure hope the company makes this right.

Can the press machine convert to a two pallet press?

I can’t even put it together, they did not send all the parts and are refusing to pay postage on the return
