No fishy smell!
Great vegan omega supplement! I love that it comes in a glass bottle and has absolutely no fishy smell—actually smells pleasant. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no aftertaste. It feels good knowing no fish were harmed. Clean, high-quality product and I would definitely buy again.

Quality
I have only used one bottle and it is early days to tell its effects. I do have another bottle that I started. I had been looking for a Vegan, palatable and odourless product for some time. Reviews led me to this one and I can positively say that there is nothing unpleasant about taste or odour and

The Best I've Found Without Weird Oils Added
I searched the entire internet and Amazon to find some vegan omegas that didn't have weird fillers and also seed oils in them! I am so glad I found these. I am very sensitive to things and have had zero issues with these - they are easy to swallow, and I am feeling much better. I have very low omegas from being allergic to fish and not having an adequate source in my diet for many years, and with these I've seen my levels start showing up better on blood tests, plus I feel more "with it" brain-wise. This product will be a fixture in my life from here on, for as long as they make them! Also, their packaging is so darn impressive. Nice glass bottles that I always reuse, plus they come in a cute cardboard tube with a cap that I have repurposed in a ton of ways a well. Extremely impressive product and so glad to support them - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I feel good about taking these
I needed to take Omega 3 supplements but was nervous about heavy metals in fish oil (don't trust that it's properly "purified") so I was thrilled to find that there are algae-based Omega 3 products. I did a bit of research and Sapling was the clear winner. I like that there are no unnecessary fillers, sweeteners, no sunflower oil (I'm trying to get the right Omega 3 to 6 balance, so what's the point in adding in more Omega 6?!), no fishy smell, and that it's sustainably sourced so it doesn't contribute to more overfishing. It has both EPA and DHA which a lot of others don't. Yes, it contains Carrageenan, but Sapling is upfront about this and doesn't try to get it past the buyer by calling it "seaweed extract" like other brands. As with every Omega 3 product I've ever tried, the pill size is fairly large, but since it's a softgel it's easy enough to swallow and it has a nice minty smell. Unfortunately algae-based omega 3 is still a bit pricey, but Sapling was more inexpensive than the other brands (Nordic Naturals etc.). Only con: The extra carton around the bottle seems unnecessary. Just more cardboard that needs to be recycled.

These will replace fish oil in my supplement cabinet.
I bought these to take in place of fish oil capsules. The price was reasonable on Amazon, so far, I’m happy with the product. In terms of quality, these feel very “clean”; There was no rancidity and I feel like I’m eating something that is actual food and something that I wouldn’t mind tasting. That said, there is no flavor or aftertaste. The capsules are easy to swallow. They are more the size of something like a vitamin E capsule than one of those massive fish oil capsules I used to get. That also factors in to my liking them. I liked the packaging of this product which is clean and simple, as though the company is putting money into their product and not catchy packaging. Overall, I think I would buy these again. I’m taking these to help raise my good cholesterol and I won’t know for a few months If they help the way fish oil does. I’m curious to see how that goes.

I'm on my second bottle of this now and it's a great value vegan omega 3 (compared to some of the competitor products, which can be quite expensive!) I love that the company is looking after the environment too with a tree planted for each bottle sold.
