One of the trees doesnt light up - how can I get a replacement asap?

I also have 1 tree that doesn't work but the other one is lovely.

Hi, when you press the timer button, it will turn off after 6 hours and turn on automatically after 18 hours. For example, if you press the timer button at 5 pm, it will turn off at 11 pm and then light up at 5 pm the next day. Thanks for your inquiry.
