Helps me sleep
For the longest time I have had trouble drifting off to sleep, I bought Coco Dream because I get other products from Rheal and they have all been amazing, it’s natural, organic and I thought it was worth a try. I have a warm coco dream before bed and I have noticed a difference pretty quickly. I’ve gone from taking over an hour to get to sleep to being asleep in 10-15 mins and my sleep quality is better, it really relaxes me and I don’t have to worry about any additives or nasties! Love this product and will be buying again!

Not the tastiest but a decent alternative
Like the idea and the fact it is healthier, but I do find I have to mix it with regular hot chocolate for the taste, it is rather bitter on its own and quite grainy.

Best night time drink
I love taking coco dream before bed, as a healthy alternative to hot chocolate! My favourite ingredient is the Reishi mushrooms, which have really helped me to relax before bed! I love how all of their products are free from anything artificial so I know I'm just getting the best quality superfoods possible!

Deep rich flavour.. not a cinnamon lover myself but it doesn’t overpower and for those that like it would find it enhancing.

Perfect evening drink - sleeping so well
I was recommended this from a friend because I always have a sweet tooth in the evening. This has been a life changer! It satisfies my cravings, it tastes gorgeous, and I’m sleeping much better. I’ve also started to use it in other recipes like energy bars I take with me to work and it’s so nice to know I’m having a chocolate bar that is nutritious and good for me! Highly recommend!!

Not sure if it works but the taste... yikes.
The review is only based on flavor since I just had my first mug. Holy heck, that cinnamon flavor is STRONG. I read about it but didn’t think it would be bad. I really don’t care for it but I am desperate for some good sleepy time goodness so I will keep using it. I’ve also just start 5 htp and L Tryptophan though so I may not know which is working. 😂
