Will this bag hold 2 sets of fins, 2 masks? I want to be able to carry both without having to get 2 bags. Thanks!

This bag fit both my husband's and my full length split fins (tightly jammed) and 1 set of booties in the main compartment. 1 set of goggles could fit comfortably, 2 if you jam them, into the goggle compartment in the front. the side zippers were good with wallets, phone, etc. the front smaller zippered part could hold a small towel, or you could jam in a set of booties. So short answer = yes.

Can you swim with it on?

Hello, you definitely can swim with it on, but it is not a dry bag or waterproof so anything inside will get wet.

Is the lager outside pocket (not the small one) large enough for an octopus (regulator)?

Hi Dawn, The front pocket is on the smaller side and wouldn't recommend it as a regulator bag, though it may fit a 1st and second stage only. Thank you, HouseofScuba
