before I own this USB storage, I have a hard time to transfer my photo from phone tomy desktop computer. The USB cable transportation already hang or stop during large file transfer. now I coukd simple insert the USB storage to phone and copy/move all photo to the storage and save as a copy.It is so convinence.

I am very pleased with my purchase and this product. The very first time I plugged it in the notification to download the app appeared but then disappeared. This pen dirve for iPhone was easy to just go to the App Store and download the nessary app and get the ball rolling. The directions are easy to follow, easy to create a folder and transfer files/pics/videos. I also plugged this flash drive for computer into my PC to make sure everything was on there before erasing and clearing up space on my phone. Can’t beat the price for all of that storage. I would gladly buy another one to transfer pics from my older phones. I used it on the iPhone 6plus and it works well with that and my Dell laptop. It is totally worth it.

Bought this for my wife just prior to our Christmas trip to her parent's house. I started to back up her 800+ photos, but it was transferring VERY slowly. Before it finished, she stopped it. Later, I tried to transfer selected photos. At first, the app seemed to hang, so I cancelled, and the app closed. I put the drive in my Windows PC, and I saw a bunch of JPGs listed, but they could not be opened. I then used the drive in my Android phone, and was able to successfully transfer files quite easily. I went back to the I-phone, and tried selecting 10 pictures at a time. They seemed to transfer to the drive, and the app did NOT crash while transferring fewer files, but when I moved back to the PC, the files were not on the drive. It might do OK just to save them for use on the phone itself, but this will NOT work for transferring to my PC.
