It’s a sturdy Chef cap.
These hats are perfect for servers, a lot better than hairnets. I’ve only used them once, and I was very happy with how they covered my hair.

Nice fit but not tight
Love my hats. I cook for a living and these work great to keep my hair under control. They are cool and comfortable. I will probably order another color too. Highly recommend them.

The chef hats are nice but a bit big.
The hats run a bit big. The white elastic sticks out at the ends of the brim and it shows clearly against the black hat. I wore one for work and it was great at providing a better cooled scalp and my long hair did fit in the hat with more than enough room to spare. I don't have any other complaints and they are nice for the price.
