I dropped onto the cement by accident at just the right angle which it broke the battery housing. Great customer service I’ve only used a few times but Murphy’s law I dropped it by accident on the cement and broke the battery housing. Two years later (but hardly used) they still honored it , and shipped me a new one. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. As for the tool itself, works great!!

This 1/2" eTork torque wrench is really a great value. It operates exactly like a standard snap wrench with a convenient twist. The traditional micrometer reading of the spring tension is replaced with a very easy to read digital readout. The knob to adjust the spring tension it very easy to turn and has a well designed locking cap. I just think this is a well designed and sturdy tool. I tried it on a few bolts at 110 ft-lb and it was very smooth. I cannot testify to the accuracy, but the 0.3 % spec is very good. I don't know how long it will last, but I can assure you that you will be pleased with it while it does.

Simple and very effective. This is exactly what I wanted, something accurate and easy to use. I have already used it several times and I'm very happy with the quality and performance of the torque wrench.

Works great, but it doesn't show the current torque while tightening.

Items were delivered not damaged and delivered ahead of tracking date. Items were as described and useful. I will buy from vendor again.

I've owned a Craftsman 3/8 electronic digital torque wrench that has worked well over the last few years. When my old 1/2" torque wrench finally failed, I found this eTORK 1/2" auto electronic torque wrench on Amazon. The electronic portion looked so much like my 3/8" Craftsman that has worked so well I decided to order it. When it arrived, I was pleased with the quality and immediately torqued a number of 130-190 ft-lb fasteners that my broken old wrench couldn't. The eTORK 1/2" Auto Electronic torque wrench is identical, except in torque capacity and drive, to my Craftsman 3/8" wrench. So much so, I think the Craftsman is just a rebadged version of the eTORK. I'm very happy with my purchase. The eTORK Auto Electronic 1/2" 250 ft-lb torque wrench is easy to use and heavy duty. I expect it to last for years.

I was looking for a Newton-meter torque wrench to accurately tighten the fasteners on my motorcycles as all the torque values are in Nm. Easy to set and provides a nice click when the specified torque is reached. Appears well made and comes in a sturdy plastic case. I did not have issues with the desired setting moving when I locked the adjustment knob as others noted in their reviews. It's sensitive, but not overly so. I did find it to be quite long and heavy, although after using it to tighten an axel nut, the added leverage was appreciated. Good instructions, decent warranty and easy inexpensive battery change. Overall good value.

Used it once on my Tesla wheels and absolutely love it. The best of both worlds, mechanical and digital. So easy to operate and cheaper but not a bad alternative to other digital torque wrenches. Fantastic product very nicely priced.
