I bought this for one of my sons. He restores guitars with great care and attention to detail, so I was anxious to see his reaction when he opened it. He loved it and was delighted to find one he had seen after a concert in America. He has been playing guitar since he was nine and currently owns 18 so I think he can judge a book .

This book was the most perfect gift for a good friend who both plays and has a collection of guitars,he was absolutely delighted with it.

I was almost put off by the book's title but it's a lovely book. Great photography and lots of info and it's hefty! Come in a really nice slip case, feels a lot more expensive.

Vino abierto sin celofán ni nada parace usado, tienes los dedos marcados como si alguien con manos grasosas lo hubiera agarrado, las esquinas vienen dañadas, etc. En lo absoluto parece nuevo, podría asegurar que ya está usado. Menos mal que me llegó a mi y no directo a la persona porque me hubiera dado mucha vergüenza que hubiera recibido algo así.

This is a beautiful and fascinating book - ideal for anyone who loves guitars, whether as musical instruments, works of art, or examples of outstanding craftsmanship. It’s a pleasure to pore over. It’s also really well produced - excellent photography and commentary, and very well bound. Great as a gift or for your own pleasure. I love it so much that I’m going to buy a second copy to give to a friend. It’s slightly smaller in dimension than most ‘coffee table’ books, but it’s as big as it needs to be, and while it’s not too heavy to hold while reading, it also feels really substantial. It comes with a natty slip case which seems superfluous, especially as this is a book that you may want to keep open and on display. It’s going to be quite a while before my copy gets put away on a bookshelf in its case.

I sent this book to my dad as a gift. He said it was one of the best gifts ever. He is a musician (guitarist) and songwriter, and absolutely loves the photography and historical information in this book. Would definitely recommend.
