Do you have to adjust the pressure via the screw thing for differnt size ferrels?

No, it’s factory set, for all crimps. But if you feel it’s not crimping as well as you wish, then the dial with the lock screw could be adjusted to give more or less force in the jaws

could this be used to crimp perfume bottles as the tool specific for them is very expensive?

Short answer: No. Long answer: Assuming you need to crimp a dispenser cap onto a glass bottle, then be aware the MAXIMUM diameter this tool will open to is only slightly over 4.5mm. A 3/16" diameter (4.67mm) drill bit will NOT fit in this tool. I expect a perfume bottle top to be significantly larger. This tool is suited to crimping items like bootlace ends or similar size.

Can it be used with other terminals? Like common fork terminals could I crimp those with this?

This tool uses 4 sets of jaws designed specifically for crushing the small tubular shape of the ferrules. It’s jaws are small and not designed for standard crimp terminals. Yes, it would crush some of the smaller ones but would not make a good joint.
