Less pain in joints
I have painful thumb joints and stiffness in my fingers. After a couple of weeks of taking these Iโve definitely noticed a difference in ease of movement and less pain. I have not noticed any side affects from taking them and I also have a very sensitive stomach ๐คฆโโ๏ธ I think these are definitely worth a try.

These capsules appear to have an anti-inflammatory action, but in the new pack I bought from Amazon they seem to come with a bitter taste on the outside - is this some of the Boswellia? (I used to buy them in a different pack direction t from the seller.)

Whilst some believe that this plant will act as an anti inflammatory substance it is not a cure but may over time help in the prevention of inflammatory disease. As with all food suppliments, it is a suppliment not a medicine.

Reduced my pain
I have been taking these capsules for the last 3 weeks and can honestly say the the pain caused by OA has significantly reduced in my hands . I take one capsule a day with no adverse side effects so far. Will definately be making my 2nd purchase

Easy to swallow
